I think I have an addiction to free games

I find myself always playing free online games. I spend most of my time on the computer playing free online games when sometimes I should be doing something else. I enjoy playing the free online games they are so much fun. I can't seem to pull myself away from the computer for anything. It is like I am glued to the free online games. I can't help myself. I don't know what to do I think I may be addicted.
